1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the kra4d platform. kra4d strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 21 or older. kra4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to belong to an underage individual, with all associated funds forfeited.

2.2 Residency. The kra4d platform is directed at users who are residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the kra4d platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Single Account. Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on kra4d. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Not Currently Excluded. You confirm that you are not subject to any active self-exclusion order, either placed through kra4d's own Responsible Gaming Tools or through any other gambling platform or national self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an account on kra4d, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address and phone number.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not disclose these to any third party. All activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you and you shall be liable accordingly. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify kra4d support immediately.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited. Accounts on kra4d are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your kra4d account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and these Terms.

3.5 Account Closure by kra4d. kra4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; (b) the account is being used in breach of these Terms; (c) fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise harmful activity has been detected; or (d) closure is required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kra4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, subject to applicable limits and processing times:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfer channels. The minimum deposit for e-wallet channels is Rp 20.000. kra4d reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice published on the platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via major Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your kra4d account within 5 minutes during standard WIB (UTC+7) banking hours. Off-hours transfers, including those made late at night, on weekends, or during national holidays, may take up to 24 hours to clear due to inter-bank settlement cycles. kra4d does not guarantee instant deposit processing for all channels or at all times.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to the account. kra4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not matching the registered account holder's name, or payment channels that differ materially from the deposit source.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. kra4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours of approval. Processing times may extend during peak periods, Indonesian national holidays (including Idul Fitri and Lebaran), or where additional KYC verification is required. kra4d does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems.

4.6 Player Funds. Real-money player funds held in kra4d accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. kra4d does not use player funds for business operational purposes.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy. kra4d offers promotional bonuses, free spin credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet sizes whilst playing with Bonus Funds, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement for each individual promotion will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. A typical Wagering Requirement at kra4d ranges from 20× to 40× the bonus amount, but this varies by promotion. Always check the specific offer terms before opting in.

5.3 Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds. While Bonus Funds are active in your account balance, the maximum single bet or spin stake is capped at Rp 100.000 unless a specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may, at kra4d's discretion, result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

5.4 One Bonus per Promotion. Each eligible account may claim each specific promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the creation of additional accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5.5 kra4d's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. kra4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in and met the entry requirements, kra4d will honour the promotion terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.

5.6 Seasonal Promotions. kra4d may run seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural and sporting events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major football tournaments such as the Piala AFF and FIFA World Cup. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to this general Bonus Policy.

6. Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports wagers placed on the kra4d platform — including football matches from BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures — are subject to kra4d's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Sports Betting Rules address market settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play bet cancellation policies, and dispute resolution for contested results.

6.2 Asian Handicap (voor bola). Asian handicap (referred to locally as voor bola) markets are settled based on the full-time result of the relevant match, including any applicable handicap adjustment. Asian handicap lines eliminate the draw outcome. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement deadline, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a payout. If any single leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated as though that leg were not included. Minimum selection count for mix parlay at kra4d is three (3) legs.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles on the kra4d platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous results. kra4d publishes theoretical RTP (Return to Player) rates for all slot titles, which represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.5 Togel. The kra4d togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) product operates on independent draw results. Draw schedules, prize structures, and settlement rules are published on the relevant togel section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.6 Bet Acceptance. kra4d reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, use of prohibited strategies, or suspected manipulation of any game or market.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kra4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

1. Using the platform whilst under 21 years of age, or registering with a false date of birth.
2. Creating more than one account on kra4d, or assisting others in doing so.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
4. Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion.
5. Arbitrage betting strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome ("arbing") are not permitted on promotional markets and may result in limitation of betting access on affected accounts.
6. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials for deposits.
7. Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
8. Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through known or suspected software errors will be voided.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing kra4d staff, agents, or other players.
10. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any kra4d platform content without prior written authorisation.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

8.1 Verification Obligation. kra4d is required to verify the identity and age of all registered members as a condition of responsible and compliant platform operation. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by kra4d for KYC purposes, including but not limited to: a government-issued identity document (KTP — Indonesian national identity card, or passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds.

8.2 When Verification is Triggered. kra4d may request KYC documentation at any time, but will typically do so when: (a) a withdrawal request exceeds a specified threshold; (b) account activity triggers an automated risk or anti-fraud flag; (c) there is a discrepancy between the registered account information and payment channel details; or (d) kra4d is required to do so by applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

8.3 Consequences of Non-Verification. Where a member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by kra4d, the account may be restricted — including suspension of withdrawal processing — until verification is completed. kra4d will not permanently close an account solely on the basis of pending KYC unless there is independent reason to do so under Clause 3.5.

8.4 Data Handling. All KYC documentation is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with kra4d's Privacy Policy. Documentation is used exclusively for identity and age verification purposes and is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the kra4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software code, game interfaces, data compilations, and the overall design and presentation of the platform — is the intellectual property of kra4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. kra4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, broadcast, sell, or otherwise exploit any platform content without kra4d's prior written consent.

9.3 Trademarks. The "kra4d" name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of kra4d. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these trademarks without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty. The kra4d platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kra4d makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. kra4d does not warrant that game results, odds, or any other information on the platform is accurate or complete at any given time.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kra4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if kra4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.3 Aggregate Cap. kra4d's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your kra4d account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. kra4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, civil unrest, power or internet outages, or third-party payment system failures.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by kra4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on kra4d, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data processing activities described therein.

11.2 No Marketing Without Consent. kra4d will not send you promotional communications by email, SMS, or WhatsApp without your prior consent. Where you have consented to receive marketing communications, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting [email protected].

11.3 Data Retention. kra4d retains account and transaction data for a minimum period required under applicable laws and for the purposes of resolving disputes. Upon account closure, data may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form for analytical and compliance purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. kra4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations — kra4d will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, notifying registered members via email.

12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the kra4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any eligible balance.

12.3 Version History. kra4d maintains a record of previous versions of these Terms. You may request access to prior versions by contacting [email protected]. The version currently published on this page is the version in force as at the Effective Date stated at the top of this document.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles, with reference to the laws of the jurisdiction in which kra4d is registered. The platform is operated with Indonesia as its primary target market, and Indonesian legal context informs the interpretation of these Terms where relevant.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and kra4d arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, you should first contact kra4d support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. kra4d will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

13.3 Escalation. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of a dispute being submitted to kra4d, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as specified by kra4d at the time of escalation. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against kra4d.
