7.3 Anonymisation. Where personal data is no longer required for its original purpose but retains analytical value, kra4d may anonymise or aggregate the data so that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual. Anonymised data falls outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether kra4d holds personal data about you and, if so, to receive a copy of that data along with information about how it is processed. kra4d will provide this in a structured, readable format.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Where a correction affects KYC-verified data (such as your registered name or date of birth), kra4d may require documentary evidence before making the change.

The kra4d platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and over. kra4d does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If kra4d becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor — whether through a false date of birth declaration during registration or any other means — the account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be securely deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after identity verification confirms the account holder's age.

kra4d's primary target market is Indonesia, and the majority of its data infrastructure is located in Southeast Asia. However, certain third-party service providers (such as analytics or fraud-detection platforms) may process data in jurisdictions outside Indonesia.
Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection to Indonesia, kra4d will implement appropriate safeguards prior to any such transfer. 13.1 Right to Update. kra4d reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, our data processing practices, or the services we offer. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated with each revision.
13.2 Material Changes. Where changes to this policy are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or how kra4d processes your personal data — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by publishing the updated policy on the platform and, where practicable, notifying registered members via email.
